Sura 22 Al-Hajj (The Pilgrimage), ajet 75

1. اللَّهُ يَصْطَفِي مِنَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ رُسُلًا وَمِنَ النَّاسِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ بَصِيرٌ

   Allah chooses from the angels messengers and from the people. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing.
